Posted: 20 Jan 2012 02:44 AM PST

Audi, the very popular German major and a part of Volkswagen group, is a known brand both globally and in India and all of its products have shown appreciable growth over the past couple of years. This is reason why the company is keen on bringing new models to the country and that includes the latest Audi A1 and Audi S6. The A series of the brand is much loved here and especially the Audi A4 which recorded highest growth once. But besides these the brand is also very popular in the SUV segment with a Audi Q5, Audi Q7 and then next one to be launched is Audi Q3. Now the brand is planning to inject another model into the Q line-up and is evaluating its possibilities. After the upcoming Q3 the manufacturer is considering an even smaller compact SUV, Audi Q1. If the plan does work and the company officially announces the same, there is a fair possibility that the Audi A1's underpinnings will be derived for the Q1. image – Audi A1 Sportsback Front and Side View This could be a great time to enter this segment as many manufacturers like Toyota, Ford and the likes are [...]

Posted: 20 Jan 2012 02:40 AM PST

GM has regained the crown for world's top selling automaker replacing the Toyota Motor Corp, which was crowned top selling automaker in 2011. Three years back the company was on the verge of bankruptcy but interestingly it made a comeback by selling as many as over 9 million vehicles globally, which was a 7.6 % rise over its sales in the year 2010. More than being General Motors' sales, the reason is said to be the damage caused by natural calamities to Toyota, in direct or indirect ways. Ever since earthquake, tsunami and nuclear crisis hit Japan,  Toyota has shown a steep sales decline of 6 % in 2011 bringing down the total global sales count [...]

The new models did not carry any major changes but featured a number of small yet important changes. Today we will be comparing the all new 2012 Linea with the 2012 Honda City which was launched last year. Fiat Linea 2012 Exteriors Vs Honda City 2012 Exteriors Fiat is one of the finest and biggest automobile group in the world that has evolved over the decades. Though not very striking in design, its products have the real premium feel one would expect. The Linea is no exception and flaunts every bit of its simple yet elegant Italian design. The  overall exteriors have bare minimum body lines and the headlamps look quite large as compared to the proportions of the car. A huge grille at the front stretches up to the fender and gives the car a very unique look. image – Fiat Linea (left) and Honda City 2012 (right) The City from Honda has been an all time favorite of the consumers here and undoubtedly it is the design that [...]
